Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Frosting
This frosting is creamy, fluffy, and bursting with vanilla & pumpkin spice flavor.
Servings 4 cups frosting (approx)
- 1 block cream cheese very very soft
- 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/3 cup powdered vanilla pudding
- good pinch salt
- 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Beat extra soft cream cheese with powdered sugar until perfectly smooth and creamy, scraping down the bowl as needed to get rid of any lumps.
Add heavy cream, vanilla pudding, pumpkin puree, salt, and spices and beat until fluffy.
This recipe frosts 24 cupcakes with a good amount leftover.
